"A Little Britten"

This year marks 100 years since the birth of one of the most important of British composers, Benjamin Britten (1913-1976). All Saints is proud to join in the national celebrations of this great composer’s work, and this year’s Lunchtime Live! recital series is dedicated to performances of some of his finest works. Britten wrote relatively few works for the organ, so this year’s recital series includes instrumental, ensemble and song recitals, as well as those for our organs. Each recital lasts 45 minutes, and many feature young musicians from Northampton who are carving successful professional careers throughout the country. A PDF version of the series flyer is available to download here.
